Patient Reference Group (PRG)

Patient Reference Group

 Station Surgey

To complete the survey for Station Surgery, please click the link at the bottom of the page.

This group is being set up to gain patient opinion on the services we offer, and look at how we can direct services in the future towards our patients needs.  This is not a group to look at patients personal complaints, rather engaging the whole community in matters that are important to you and how we can adapt our services to meet those needs both now and in the future

All patients in the practice are welcome to join the group.  We would would like to attract a wide range of patients from all age groups and ethnic backgrounds, to make the group a success.

VIRTUAL GROUP

We realise that some patients will find it difficult to attend the surgery for meetings and therefore would also like to set up a "Virtual Group" where we would contact you by email with a short questionaire.  This will give you the opportnity to relay your thoughts, opinions, and feedback.

JOINING

If you are interested in joining the group you can fill out one of the application forms at reception.

The Practice Manager - Alison Smith will contact you within due course regarding your application.

Many thanks

Alison Smith
